I got laid off today. I'm torn between a feeling of confused unhappiness and 'oh, hey, now I can have a CSI marathon'

Oh man, that sucks. I am so sorry. I hope the CSI marathon is fabulous, I find that a little Greg Sanders can make any day a bit brighter, myself.

Last time I was jobless, I ended up drunk in Portland for ten days. I think your CSI marathon is a much better idea.

I am very sorry. Joblessness sucks. I used my 10 1/2 months of unemployment to succeed at every CoH goal that I could think of. Also, massages were almost a daily thing. And reading. And all kinds of projects that I had put on hold. The little things will help keep you sane. Eat lots of ice cream.

I do hope that you don't stay jobless for long and that the job you find ends up being more fun than work.
