i r serious writer this r serious post



This is mine and [info - personal]snacky's bingo sheet. It is ours and we love it. We're participating in [info - community]cliche_bingo.

If we actually write something in-between reading eachother's favourite canons, we'll be posting fic for a while.

So far we've decided:

diaries and journals: csi nick/greg/sara
historical au: csi
when I'm 64, futurefic: lord of the rings eowyn
sleeping arrangements: csi warrick/grissom (guys, I haven't seen season eight and I'm in denial okay)
crossover, books and literary: lord of the rings and narnia boromir, faramir, susan, edmund
fairytales and folklore: hellboy! I'm going for comics version, or the cartoon in a pinch
journeys and quests: dc comics wonder woman, batman, superman
drugs: batman done in comicform, not written.

We're still plotting the other fics. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Any random thing might trigger a plot idea.

Also, thank GOD for dreamwidth's auto post-save. I accidentally closed this tab when I hit the wrong button.

It's sort of tragic, really, because you might have noticed before that my one love in life is volunteering crack ideas, but -- since of the fandoms you're contemplating here I'm only really familiar with the comics folk -- it kind of gets in the way that everything has been done in comics, not just genderswap. Okay, maybe not Pretending to be Married. The entire JLA gets married by accident? *looks at your card again* Or taxes! Superman and Batman doing taxes!

(Beauty is a cliche? Or, I mean, sure, but. Am I missing something there?)

Hmm. I don't really know her well enough -- would she have a problem with it, given her origins (which I also only know generally)?

Also, this might finally raise the important issue of why Superman only gets one word in his name and she gets two. I foresee a blood feud.

I'm not really sure how to do the beauty cliche thing, but I'm sure I could figure something out. Even if it involves two paragraphs of Batman musing on Wonder Woman's nose.

Actually, the JLA did all pretend to be married at one point. I am not lying to you.

Doing taxes for the JLA! "Why do we have to pay taxes? WE'RE IN SPACE >:|"

And now I have the vague urge to write the-X-Men-back-when-I-knew-them in the same situation. It seems only fair...

You could write Batman and Wonder Woman (or Batman and Superman, or Batman and anyone really) in the Beauty and the Beast! It could still include nose musing...
